Michelle Baleka

 I am a person who takes pride in her work ethic. My strong desire to succeed and produce the best work possible means I am constantly pushing myself to get as much done as I can. I will edit papers and essays multiple times to ensure they are at their highest quality and as free of errors as possible. I am organized and enjoy making lists to keep track of what tasks I have to complete, and to ensure that I do so in a timely fashion. As such, I believe I am an effective time manager who is very comfortable working independently. I am fast and efficient when it comes to typing, and I have been cultivating my critical reading skills, which has enhanced my ability to analyze comprehensively. While I believe myself to be a practical person who appreciates logic, I am also an abstract thinker who enjoys coming up with fresh ideas.
 
When it comes to creative writing, I am very passionate about my craft and am willing to experiment with various forms and genres of writing. I believe that my compassionate nature allows me to write effectively, using emotional intuition to create characters that have realistic motivations. My experiences and various friendships have also inspired me to want to write largely serious works that focus on emotional and mental struggles of various kinds. I am an introspective individual with a strong sense of identity, constantly seeking to better myself and to help those around me, and I wish to help others through my writing as well.
